This blog is my story of survival, resilience, and growth. I share the real and raw parts of my life as a single mother, navigating the challenges of raising my son on my own while carrying the weight of past mistakes that turned me into a felon. I open up about the struggles and emotions of being a prison fiancée, and the battles I’ve faced in love, motherhood, and society’s judgement. My journey also includes surviving the unimaginable being ran over by a drunk driver and finding the strength to rebuild my life piece by piece. Through every struggle, I’ve learned lessons about resilience, faith and self-worth. My hope is that my words inspire, encourage, and remind others that no matter what you’ve been through, your story still matters.
